General Data Protection Regulation

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018. The new rules apply to any company or organization that handles personal data belonging to individuals within the EU — in relation either to offering goods and services, or to monitoring the behavior of individuals within the EU.
